Refund and withdrawal policy
How cancellations, statutory withdrawal and problems with paid digital services are handled.

Purchases
WeKinly sells one-time account access and optional video add-ons. Checkout identifies the product, total payable price, currency, applicable tax and quantity. Stripe processes the payment. There is no subscription unless expressly stated.
14-day withdrawal
An EEA consumer generally has 14 days from concluding a distance service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Send an unambiguous statement to the support contact before the deadline with your name, account email, order and purchase date.
Immediate performance
If you expressly request activation during the withdrawal period, performance may begin immediately. Loss of the right for a fully performed service or digital content applies only if all legal conditions are met, including prior express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation. A proportionate amount may be due for a service begun at your request where law permits.
Refund timing
Where law entitles you to reimbursement, it is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after valid notice, normally to the original payment method. Stripe or bank processing may affect when funds appear. No fee is charged for a statutory refund.
Service problems
Contact support if paid access is not activated, materially differs from its description or fails to work. Depending on law, you may be entitled to conformity, a proportionate price reduction, or termination and refund. These rights are separate from withdrawal.
How to request
Use the Contact form and choose âRefund / withdrawalâ. Include the email used for the purchase, the purchase date and the Stripe order reference if available. State clearly which purchase you want to withdraw from and when it was made. We will review the request and reply to the email entered in the form. Mandatory consumer rights always remain unaffected.
