Terms of service

The practical rules for creating events and sharing memories responsibly.

Last updated: 25 August 2026

01

Provider and contract

WeKinly is provided by WeKinly. These terms, the checkout summary and the Refund and withdrawal policy form the contract when you create an account or buy a digital service. Questions and complaints can be submitted through the Contact page.

02

Using WeKinly

Paid organizer accounts are for people legally able to enter a contract. You must provide accurate information, protect credentials and use the service lawfully. Organizers are responsible for event content and for a valid basis to contact guests.

03

Service and digital delivery

WeKinly provides hosted event pages, invitations, RSVPs, schedules, wish lists, guestbooks and media galleries. One-time account access and optional video add-ons are activated after Stripe confirms payment. A current browser, internet access and a valid account are required.

04

Prices and payment

Prices may be shown in euros or an available local currency. The checkout summary confirms the currency, total payable price and applicable tax treatment before purchase. Purchases are one-time payments unless checkout expressly says otherwise; there is no automatic renewal. Stripe processes payment methods.

05

Withdrawal and conformity

EEA consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right. Immediate performance and any loss of that right require the express acknowledgements required by law. Statutory remedies for a digital service that is not supplied or does not conform, including correction, price reduction or termination where applicable, remain unaffected. See the Refund and withdrawal policy.

06

Content and permissions

You retain rights to content you upload and grant WeKinly the limited permission needed to host, process and display it for the event. Do not upload unlawful, harmful or rights-infringing material.

07

Availability and changes

The service may change as it develops. We may suspend abusive activity, perform maintenance or remove content that creates security, legal or operational risk.

08

Suspension and termination

We may restrict access for illegality, security threats, non-payment or material breach. Where appropriate, we will explain the action and provide a contact route. You may request account closure and should download content you wish to keep before deletion.

09

Responsibility

WeKinly provides event coordination tools and is not responsible for the event itself, guest conduct or third-party services. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

10

Complaints, law and disputes

Submit complaints through the Contact form with the account email, order reference and requested resolution. Bulgarian law applies without removing mandatory protections in an EEA consumer's country of residence. Consumers may contact the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission, their local consumer authority or a competent court. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is no longer available.
